I can hear the birds chirping as I churn my way thru a morning run! This is one of the best times of year to run; sunny, warm but not too warm and dry . Take in the beauty of the sky, trees readying to bud,birds all around, kids outside playing,what could be better? Put on those Capri tights, sportsbra and tank and get those legs moving! You will be better for it, you will perform better at your job for it. Your family will love your demeanor for it and Yes you say I can do it for having done it!
