A New Year, A new you!

We are six days into the new year, how's that resolution going...... How 'bout this,scrap the resolution and focus on one day at a time! A chimney is built one brick at a time. So start your first brick with just one movement outside the norm. Instead of a sitting lunch, how about a moving lunch; walk to your place to eat,run an errand,and really RUN, close your office door and yoga your fav poses for 10,then finish with some deep breathing techniques to power you up for the rest of the day.
